NewDock Mode
Then this is the better half of the app anyway. Dock Mode pins a slide-out widget strip to any edge of the screen you already have, or floats it as a bubble. One click and your widgets are over whatever you are doing; click again and they are gone.

All twenty presets are the app's own: the same card colour, accent, corner radius and border weight it paints on your desktop.
The default: near-black cards, blue accent, Inter.
Three widgets are built on one and five more quietly use it. Point them at OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, xAI or OpenRouter, or at Ollama on your own PC. Every feature is off until you switch it on, and one switch turns the lot back off.
One key each, stored on this machine. Nothing is proxied: the request goes from your desktop straight to the endpoint you picked.
Models are fetched from the provider and cached against your key, so a release you have access to shows up without an app update.

Quick Ask, Clipboard AI and Prompt Chain exist because of the model. Quick Notes, Reminders, One Line a Day, RSS Feed and Site Cloner work perfectly well without it.
A step, too. "AI prompt" is one of the workflow step types: summarise, extract or decide with a connected model, then hand the result to the next step.
Only because of the model
Every AI feature is per widget, and most of them start off. The token ledger lives on your machine, and so does the decision about who gets paid.
Your key, your account. Seven providers to choose from, billed by them directly. The app never proxies a request or holds a key of its own.

A widget pointed at it
A workflow is a trigger, some steps and an action. It runs whether the dashboard is open or in the tray, and what it returns lands back in a widget.
Pick what starts it
The builder opens on the trigger. A widget value crossing a line, a schedule, a hotkey, something you copied, or a webhook.
Add a step
Add step, then choose one. An API request against a saved connection, a condition, a template, an AI prompt or a delay.
Drag a value into it
Every step opens on three panes. Drag a value out of the input pane on the left into a field in the middle and you get the path that will really resolve at run time.
Run it
Watch each step complete, and the last one land in a Workflow Output widget on your board.

What it means
The widgets already on your board publish their values, and a workflow can watch one. Above a number, below it, equal to it, or containing some text. Edge-triggered: it fires when the value starts satisfying the comparison, not every time it is checked.

The last step’s value is written into the widget on your board. Press Run and it arrives.
A real Windows notification, in the corner, whether the dashboard is open, behind something, or sitting in the tray. Point it at a URL, a container, a drive or a status page, and the first you hear about a problem is the toast, not the customer.

Even when it is hidden. Toasts arrive with the dashboard minimised or closed to the tray, because the watching happens outside the window.
Quiet hours. A window where nothing sounds, and it may wrap past midnight. Set both ends the same and it is simply off.
What you missed. Anything that fired while the app was shut is waiting when you open it, as a silent digest rather than a queue of alarms.

This is a passion project. It started when I was given a Corsair Xeneon Edge as a gift and found the bundled software didn't do much for me. I had this great little screen and nothing worth putting on it, so I built something.
That's why some of the widgets are a bit specific. The tide schedule is there because I wanted to know the tides. Birthday reminders are there because I kept forgetting them. Every widget in here exists because I needed it in my own life or my business, and then I kept going. I released it for free because I wanted to share it, not sell it.
I take requests. If there's a widget you wish existed, or a software idea you want to float, leave feedback in the app and I'll genuinely consider it. A good few of the widgets you see here started that way.
Security matters to me, so everything stays on your machine. Nothing is sent to the cloud, with the obvious exception of the AI features when you choose a cloud provider. Point those at Ollama instead and even that stays home.

To improve the app I collect anonymous stats through Aptabase: launch counts, which features get used, and crash reports. No personal information and no widget content is ever collected, and you can turn it off in About. If you would rather see for yourself than take my word for it, Developer Tools is in the app menu and you can watch every request it makes.
